Saxon, ARI 32034028, is a Med Fawn born 5/16/2010 . He was the first male to come to our farm. I fell in love when I met him on the Cushing Ranch farm. He came to the fence and followed me around, put his noise on my face and gave me a kiss. We now call him our PR guy cause he has to meet everyone who comes into the pasture with a kiss. He has med crimp, dense fiber and just barely 2" long with lots of noticeable guard hair. I overlooked this when I purchased him because of his personality.I bred him once to my grey foundation female mainly to see if we could pass on his personality. We got Saxon"s Silhouette with DF med crimp & dense fiber, may be 3" long and doesn't have the noticeable guard hair as her dad. She does have some of Saxon's personality but does not show the assertiveness that Saxon does to meet guests at the farm.
